Fastening element comprising a rod 12 passing through the external skin 23 and intended to be anchored in the rigid plastic foam 24, a collar 16 applied externally against the external skin as well as an external clamping device 20 for receiving a tube 22 or the like. The rod 12 of essentially cylindrical shape, provided at its free end with lateral flats, has a progressive thread 14 having a pitch which increases and a diameter which decreases in the direction of the free end.
