The invention relates to a method for drying out walls by injection, impregnation and diffusion of a water-repellant solution as well as a device for applying a water-repellant solution for the implementation of the said method. According to the method, a controlled quantity of water-repellant solution is injected in each of the holes 2 made in the material 1 to be treated.
