PURPOSE: To provide a tearing-off roller pair capable of allowing the greater retaining force to be exerted on the sections to be torn off. CONSTITUTION: A tearing-off roller pair for tearing off sections or strips divided by performation cuts from a material web 3, comprises a first roller having a substantially smooth steel shell and a second roller comprising a main body 14 set into it for increasing the contact pressure, and the main body projects to a peripheral surface of the second roller in its unstressed state. Several of elastic bodies 14 separated from one another are mounted along a bus-line of the second roller in a recessed part for allowing the greater retaining force to be exerted on the sections to be torn off. |
