<p>PURPOSE:To grasp the progressing condition of the whole molding flask on the casting line with a computer in real time. CONSTITUTION:On the lower molding flask in the whole molding flasks on the casting line, an identification number is assigned so as to become the ascending/descending order toward advancing direction. A molding actual result collecting means 5 computes the indentification number of the molding flask starting the molding at the time of inputting the identification number of the molding flask at the position preset on the casting line before starting the molding work in a day. At the every time of inputting one molding flask signal, the identification number of the molding flask is renewed. Further, this identification number is transmitted to the control computer 6 and then, the control data of the whole molding flasks are renewed based on the received identification number through the control computer.</p> |
