PURPOSE:To prevent wire breakdown due to the fluctuation of gel, by contacting a fluctuation preventing part for the gel which is extended from a cap with the gel which covers a semiconductor pellet contained in a package. CONSTITUTION:A fluctuation preventing part 12 for silicone gel 9, which is extended from a cap 11, is contacted with the silicone gel, which covers a semiconductor pellet 2 contained in a package. Thus the fluctuation of the silicone gel 9 accompanied by the vibration of a semiconductor device can be made small. Therefore, breakdown of a wire 5 due to the fluctuation of the silicone gel and the like can be effectively prevented. |
