PURPOSE:To intend to improve durability in high speed by setting up a width of a belt layers in a specified ratio while setting up thickness of tread rubber at the maximum width end of the belt layer in a specified ratio, on a tire having a specified carcass. CONSTITUTION:A width between a pair of circular main channels 1, width divide a stepping portion of a tread into side zones T1 and a central zone T2, namely a width Tw2 of the central zone T2, is set up to 45-65 % of the maximum width Tw of a tire. Again, a carcass 3 is formed of organic fiber cord having elastic modulus of cord over 3000 kg/mm<2>. On the constitution above, width Bw of a belt layer 6 is set up in a range of 110-130 % to a width Pw betweem nodal points P of an imaginary line 1, in tangential to wear indicators 2 and in parallel to the rotation axis of the tire, and a profile line of the tire on side zones T1. And still, thickness d of tread rubber at the maximum width end of the belt layer 6 is established in a range of 30-80 % to thickness c of tread rubber at the nodal point P. |
