PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material which has the high blackness of the image silver and the high sensitivity and the high covering power of a developed silver, by incorporating a photosensitive silver halide particles and a metal salt particle fogged in the inside of the particle, and also is specified cyclic compd. in the titled material. CONSTITUTION:The titled material comprises at least one layer of silver halide photographic emulsion layers formed on a supporting body, and contains the photosensitive silver halide particle and the metal salt particle fogged in the inside of the particle and also the specified cyclic compd. Said cyclic compd. has at least one group selected from the groups comprising oxygen atom., -NR1 group (wherein R1 is hydrogen atom. or alkyl group), -CONH- group or a group shown by formula I (wherein R2 is hydrogen atom. or alkyl group) etc., and -NHCONH- group, and at least three sulfur atoms. and a carbon chain as an essential component of constituting a ring, and said group and the sulfur atom. are bonded with the carbon chain respectively in the cyclic compd.
