PURPOSE:To display different images on respective reception stations at the time of transmitting image information by one to N and to set screen layouts in the reception stations to be different from those in a transmission station. CONSTITUTION:A common information generation part 30 generates common information whose information quantity is much but whose transmission frequency is low. An individual information generation part 32 generates individual information whose information quantity is less but whose transmission frequency has to be high. Individual information showing whether it is common information or individual information and address information specifying a reception opposite party are added to the above information. The reception parts of the respective reception stations R1-Rn execute identification and discrimination using identification information and address information, and classify them into common information and individual information so as to accumulate them only when information is addressed to the own stations. A synthesis part 46 synthesizes common information with individual information and displays them on the screen of a display part 50.
