PURPOSE:To provide dielectric ceramic composition which has excellent alternating voltage characteristics in dielectric loss by forming the composition by baking the mixed material of specific basic ingredients and additive ingredients. CONSTITUTION:The composition of a dielectric ceramic layer 12 is formed by baking the mixed material of 100.0 pts.wt. basic ingredient and 0.2-5.0 pts.wt. additive ingredients. The basic ingredients are expressed by the following chemical formula (1-gamma-eta) (Bak-(x+y)MxLy)OkTiO2+etaJZrO3+gamma (R1-zR'z, O3/2+alphaAO5/2+betaD, where, M is Mg and/or Zn, L is Ca and/or Sr, J is Ca and/or Ba, R is one or more elements selected from La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm and Eu, R' is one or more elements selected from Sc, Y, Gd, Tb, Dy Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu, A is P and/or V, D is the oxide material of one or more elements selected from Cr, Mn, Fe, Co and Ni. The additive ingredients are formed of Li2O, SiO2, etc. |
