PURPOSE:To improve fitting performance so as to mount a glass run channel positively to a door frame without a gap and prevent the seal lip of the glass run channel from being peeled during the descent of door glass. CONSTITUTION:A glass run channel 1 is provided with a body part 3 of U-shape cross section held by the sash 2a of a door frame 2, and seal lips 4a, 4b protruded from the opening side end parts of both side wall parts 3a, 3b of the body part 3 so as to come in elastic contact with the inner and outer surface of window glass G. In such a glass run channel 1, a first hook 5 is formed at the tip of the interior side seal lip 4a, and a lip 6a extended toward the inner surface of each side wall part is provided at the inner surface of the bottom wall part 3c of the body part 3, on the interior-side side wall part 3a side. A second hook 7 to be engaged with the first hook 5 is formed at the tip of the lip 6a. |
