<p>PURPOSE:To easily confirm the non-coincidence of respective original films with content about the non-coincidence by providing a marking means performing marking showing the non-coincidence at the non-coincident part of each original. CONSTITUTION:Respective pen mechanisms 10 and 11 are integrally provided with respective CCD cameras 4 and 5 on the rails of arms 8 and 9 and freely move in a direction (x). The coincidence/non-coincidence judging means of a master control part has a function for comparing the similarity of the image data of the respective original films 40 and 41 in each block and judging the degree of coincidence/non-coincidence in each block. In the case of inspecting the coincidence/non-coincidence by reading and comparing the image of the films 40 and 41 before and after correction, the marking is performed by the pen mechanism 11 at the non-coincident part of the film 41 in a color in accordance with the degree of non-coincidence and in a shape in accordance with the size thereof.</p> |
