<p>PURPOSE:To attain the separation with high accuracy by segmenting an absorption tower into three parts based on its respective functions, that is, an absorbing part, a separating part and a stripping part, thereby controlling setting temp. of the respective part completely and independently. CONSTITUTION:The liquid selectors are conveyed successively to the tower heads of the respective packing towers of the absorbing part 11, the separating part 21 and the stripping part 31 by a fixed quantity with the respective pumps 35,15,25 and fall down along the surface of the packing material packed in the respective towers as a thin film and flow out from the lower parts of the respective towers, and after entering into the respective selector tanks l4,24,34, are introduced into next packing tower and circulated in the respective separation and refining devices. On the other side, an inert gas is introduced from the respective lower sections of the towers of the stripping part 31, the absorbing part 11 and the separating part 21 by the pump 45 e.g. an air compressor in opposition for the direction of the flow of the selector, and rised and flows out from respective uppersides of the towers and is cooled by collecting device 30,20 to separate liquid component. Furthermore, the impurity of the gas is removed by the gas cleaning device 46 and returned to the pump 45 and circulated in the separating refining device.</p> |
