PURPOSE: To shorten the wait time by increasing the throughput of a signal processor device which has plural signal processing clusters. CONSTITUTION: The signal processor device is equipped with a data network 14 which has multiple ports and full-crossbar connections between the ports for giving communication capability between the multiple ports, a 1st control bus 12, and plural signal processing clusters 11a-11d which are connected to >=2 ports of the data network 14 and the 1st control bus 12 respectively. The respective signal processing clusters 11a-11d are equipped with a system control processor connected to the 1st control bus 12 and a 2nd control bus, a global bulk memory including the multiple ports, and plural function processing elements which are connected to the system control processor by the 2nd control bus and also connected to one port of the global bulk memory. |
