PURPOSE:To improve the removal ratio of oil in exhaust gas, to make it difficult for residual oil to remain inside, and to make cleaning, etc., safe. CONSTITUTION:Foamed metal filters 5 with a three-dimensional network are combined and arranged behind a baffle type filter 4 which is formed by the combination of the first metal plate 1 and the second metal plate 2 to compensate the low oil removal ratio of the baffle type filter 4 by the foamed metal filter 5. The recovery ratio of the removed oil is also improved by utilizing a high oil recovery ratio of the baffle type filter 4 and the characteristics of the metal filter 5. The resistance against breakage of the metal filter solves the problems of safety and health which can hardly be solved by a ceramic filter. |
