A nozzle, particularly an atomizing nozzle for oil burners, comprises a housing (1) with a nozzle orifice (5). A distributor insert (13) is secured in its axial position by a retaining element (20). The housing (1) comprises at least one fixing section (29) which is deformed radially inwardly and engages behind an abutment (28) which secures the axial position of the retaining element (20).
