PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new glycoprotein receptor derivative, comprising a cytoplasmic outer membranous region of an asialoglycoprotein receptor(AGPR) H1 and useful as a detecting reagent for an anti-AGPR antibody in a clinical test, etc., for definitive diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis. SOLUTION: This new asialoglycoprotein receptor(AGPR) derivative is an AGPR H1 derivative comprising a cytoplasmic outer membranous region of an asialoglycoprotein receptor(AGPR) H1 and an AGPR L-H2 derivative comprising a cytoplasmic outer membranous region of an AGPR L-H2, etc. The derivative is useful as a detecting reagent for an anti-AGPR antibody in a clinical test, etc., for definitive diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis(AIH). The AGPR derivative is obtained by amplifying a single-stranded cDNA of a human liver with a primer comprising a part of a gene of the AGPR according to a polymerase chain reactional(PCR) method, carrying out the cloning, integrating the resultant AGPR gene into an expression vector, transducing the prepared vector into a host cell and culturing the transformed host cell. |
