PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission efficiency with a simple constitution of a small number of part items by using a belt which is disposed such that it comes into contact with a worm rotated by driving force and has an engaging part which can engage with the tooth of the worm. SOLUTION: The driving force of a motor 20 is transmitted to the tooth 34 of a worm 30 and a driving belt 40 and the driving belt 40 is moved in the direction of (A) or (B) with the rotation of the worm 30. A window glass supporting member 60 mounted on the driving belt 40 is guided up and down in a specified range by a guide rail 70 with the driving belt 40. Therefore, compared with the conventional power window device, this device need not a transmitting member such as worm wheel or sprocket and reduces the number of parts to be a simple constitution, thereby providing a power window device 10 which is compact and light weight and reduces cost and has high transmission efficiency of driving force. |
