MOLDED FORM CONSTITUTED OF HOLLOW DOUBLE WALL

PURPOSE:To provide a molded form constituted of a hollow double wall maintaining such a high quality as the outward appearance properties of a product are good and necessary strength is kept and further utilization of regenerated resin constituted of domestic wastes as the main constituent is especially accelerated. CONSTITUTION:A plastic case 1 being a molded form constituted of a hollow double wall is obtained by blow molding of thermoplastic resin. The external surface is constituted of the virgin resin layer 5 of thermoplastic resin. The inside thereof is constituted of the regenerated resin layer 6 of thermoplastic resin having compatibility with virgin resin. Wall thickness of the regenerated resin layer 6 is regulated to >=50% of that of the whole layer.
