PURPOSE:To manage the environment of a city by quantitatively evaluating an environmental load amount provided in the use utilities of city facilities. CONSTITUTION:In a city system composed of the relation of utility supplying facilities 1, the city facilities 2 and city facility users 3, by unifying and evaluating the respective utilities consumed in the city facilities 2 as the environmental load amount 11 by using a measurement amount or a rated consumption amount and transmitting the evaluated environmental load amount 11 to the facility users 3 and a supply side, environmental loads relating to the utility consumption of the city facilities 2 are synthetically managed. Thus, the facility users and a utility supply side can decide following actions based on provided information and as the result, the waste of resources and energy used in the city facilities is eliminated and an environment adaptable city with less loads onto the environment is created. |
