PURPOSE:To record a voice for confirmation that an operator vocalizes at the time of input operation for one transaction so that the voice corresponds to the transaction and to instantaneously reproduce the sound recording contents afterward. CONSTITUTION:When the voice for confirmation that the operator vocalizes at the time of input operation for one transaction is inputted from a microphone 11 through a digital conversion part 8, a CPU 1 stores voice data in a journal memory 10-2 while making them correspond to the transaction. With a sound recording reproducing key DK operated, the voice data corresponding to the specific transaction are read out of the journal memory 10-2 and outputted in voice. |
