<p>PURPOSE:To produce a marking sheet high in lamination strength, causing no ply peeling and excellent in appearance by making the drying temp. of a second vinyl chloride sol higher than that of a first vinyl chlotide sol by a specific value range. CONSTITUTION:A marking sheet is composed of a vinyl chloride resin film having a two-layered structure formed by casing. When a second vinyl chloride sol is cast on the surface of a first vinyl chloride layer, the surface of the first vinyl chloride layer is swollen by the solvent of the second vinyl choride sol to be enhanced in the compatibility with the second vinyl chloride sol. When both layers are heated to temp. higher than the drying temp. of the vinyl chloride resin contained in the second vinyl chloride sol by 20-50 deg.C, the second vinyl chloride sol is dried to form a second vinyl chloride layer and bonded to the first vinyl chloride layer in a molten state at the same time to form a laminated structure high in lamination strength.</p> |
