METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR FINISHING AUTOMATICALLY PROOFREADING IN PICTURE CONCENTRATION AND DISTIBUTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of an artificial mistake, and to improve the work efficiency of all operators in an automatic proofreading finishing system in a picture concentration and distibution system. CONSTITUTION:An automatic proofreading finishing table setting means 25 sets or changes an automatic proofreading finishing table. An image receiving means 21 stores image information received from another station in an image file 26 provided beforehand. An automatic proofreading finishing table retrieving means 22 extracts the automatic proofreading finishing table in which the attribute of the received image information coincides with an input attribute information. A proofreading finishing means 23 instructs image output in the case that the output attribute information of the extracted automatic proofreading finishing table designates automatic proofreading finishing, and in the case that the output attribute information of the automatic proofreading finishing table designates manual proofreading finishing, it instructs the image output after the manual proofreading finishing of the image information. An output means 24 receives the instruction of the image output, and outputs the image information to an output destination designated by the output attribute information.
