PURPOSE:To provide a dry space structure contg. a durable desiccant by furnishing an air passage hole in the peripheral wall surrounding the space and inserting a reversible desiccant into the space. CONSTITUTION:This reversible desiccant has high equilibrium moisture adsorptivity when the humidity is high and low equil. moisture adsorptivity when the humidity is low. The formed desiccant is obtained by adding a binder such as PVA to silica gel powder having >=30Angstrom average pore diameter, kneading the mixture with water and press-forming the kneaded mixture. The formed desiccant 1 is engaged with a flange 4A extending from the inside of the peripheral wall 4 surrounding the space 3 and hung to dehumidify the space 3. The space 3 is communicated with the outside through an air passage hole 4B formed on the upper surface of the wall 4. |
