<p>The interpolating apparatus is comprised of an error correction path part(220) inside a frame working out a pixel value of the block(314) where the error occurs using a linear interpolation method when an error occurring in a block(314); after that, a reference frame storing and frame correcting part(232) storing the reference frame in a dictionary and extracting a block corresponding to a movement vector(V) to output a corrected frame devoid of the errors when a movement vector presuming part(231) presumes and inputs a movement vector value of the block(314) where the error occurs based on a formula(1); the movement vector(V) averaging movement vectors(V1-V6) of blocks(311-313,315-317) adjacent to the block where the error occurs, outputting the results; subsequently, an addition and averaging part(240) averaging the frame which interpolated in the error correction path part(220) inside the frame and the frame provided from an inter-frame error correcting path part(230) to generate an error corrected frame.</p> |
