摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate and speedy capillary electrophoretic device in which temperature adjustments and sample injection are easily operated. SOLUTION: The ends of 48 capillaries 90 are fixed to capillary holding devices 91 and 92, both ends, sample inlet ends 90a and sample outlet ends 90b, are cut to be aligned, and the sample outlet ends 90b are installed with the capillary holding device 92 to the lower part of a sheath flow cell 83. Dummy glass rods 93 are installed to the outside of the capillary holding device 92 with the same interval as for the capillaries 90. A sheath liquid flows through a channel which passes from a sheath liquid container 80, through a tube 81, holding device 82 for fixing a sheath flow cell, the flow cell 83, a holding device 84 for fixing a flow cell, tube 85, and into a liquid waste container 86 and a sample which flows out from the capillaries 90 is pumped by laser light brought to irradiate the vicinity of the sample outlet ends 90b and detected by fluorescence. By this, it is hardly necessary to bend the capillary 90 and noise components do not remain in the flow of a sheath.
