PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded object producing method capable of integrally and simply molding a resin molded object having a meshlike small diameter porous part formed at a part of a resin base material thereof without generating planar burr and vertical burr and, a manufacturing apparatus adapted thereto. SOLUTION: The region corresponding to the small diameter porous part on the inner wall side of a movable mold 13 or fixed mold 11 is extended so as to come into contact with the inner wall of the partner mold to form a small diameter perforation forming part 21 and a large number of small diameter columnar members 22 are provided in the region corresponding to the small diameter perforation part of the inner wall of the fixed mold or movable mold so as to protrude at a constant interval and both molds are closed to bring the small diameter columnar member 22 formed in the inner wall of the movable mold or fixed mold into contact with the inner wall of the partner mold and a molten resin is supplied to the gap 23 formed in the part free from the small diameter perforation forming part between the fixed mold and the movable mold to be pressed.
