PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion plate which is capable of holding a light diffusion effect for a long period by preventing the adhesion of dust, etc., and is capable of averting the malfunction of various kinds of apparatus occurring in static electricity. SOLUTION: This light diffusion plate has a light diffusion layer 4 on a transparent base 1 and has a conductive layer 2 contg. an acicular electron conduction base blank on either surface of the transparent base 1 and is provided with a polymer layer 3 between the conductive layer 2 and the light diffusion layer 4. The acicular electron conduction base blank is preferably metal oxide particles. The acicular electron conduction base blank is the particulates having the major axis within a range of 0.2 to 4.0μm and the minor axis within a range of 0.01 to 0.04μm and the ratio of the major axis to the minor axis is preferably 20 to 40. A copolymer of methyl methacrylate and acrylate is preferably used for a protective layer 5. |
