FIELD: applicable in pneumohydraulic systems of various branches of industry for transfer of force from piezoelectric element to the shut-off member over surface and in the direction coinciding with the direction of motion; it reduces unit loads in the area of contact and enhances the serviceability life. SUBSTANCE: body with inlet and outlet ports for working medium accommodates the shut-off member with a return spring for axial movement. The shut-off member movement system comprises one piezoelectric element engageable with a movable spring-loaded stop and another piezoelectric element keeping the shut-off member in the fixed position.
