PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Fe-6.5 Si powder having moldability such that magnetic parts can be obtained through single body press-molding. And the manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: Fine particles having particle size of less than or equal to 45μm and coarse particle as having particle sizes of >45μm are diffused in and coupled with each other by reducing Fe-6.5 Si powder containing larger than or equal to 20 wt.% particles having particle sizes of less than or equal to 45μm in a vacuum atmosphere. As a result, ruggedness sections are formed on the surface of the mutually coupled particles, and because of the ruggedness sections, the moldability of the Fe-6.5 Si powder is improved. Consequently, magnetic parts which can adequately exhibit the characteristics of the Fe-6.5 Si powder can be obtained through press-molding with only the Fe-6.5 powder.
