摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain laminated ceramic electronic parts such as a laminated cermic capacitor that has no structural defect such as delamination and can make inner electrodes and ceramic layers thin. SOLUTION: By making inner electrodes 8 and 9 0.2 to 0.7μm in thickness, delamination is made hard to occur, even if a ceramic layer is made to be 3μm or less. Preferably, the medium grain size of the ceramic grains in the ceramic layer 2 is 0.5μm or less, and the unevenness at the boundary between the inner electrodes 8 and 9 and the ceramic layer 2 is eliminated, and furthermore the median grain size of metallic powder, such as nickel in a paste to be used for forming the inner electrodes 8 and 9 is made to be 10 to 200 nm, thereby improving the metal filling density and smoothness of the inner electrodes 8 and 9 and preventing the reduction of coverage thereof.
