PURPOSE:To express high black density by adding a specific monoazo dye, a dicyanoimidazole azo dye and an indoaniline dye to a colorant layer. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet wherein a colorant layer is provided on a tissue paper like base material is heated to transfer the dye in the colorant layer to perform recording. In this case, a monoazo dye, a dicyanoimidazole azo dye and an indoaniline dye are added to the colorant layer. The monoazo dye is represented by formula (wherein X<1> is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a methyl group, a lower alkoxy group or an acetylamino group, Y<1> is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a methyl group or a methoxy group and R<1> and R<2> are a lower alkyl group which may be substituted, a lower alkenyl group which may be substituted or a lower aryl group which may be substituted). By this constitution, high black density can be expressed and a black color near to an achromatic color can be obtained. |
