PURPOSE:To facilitate treatment of a culture mat after completion of culture and make the mat absorb water uniformly by producing the mat for culturing seedling vegetables from paper. CONSTITUTION:A mat 6 for culturing seedling vegetables such as KAIWAREDAIKON (young seedling of radish), buckwheat, sunflower or cresson is made of paper and harvesting of the seedling vegetables is carried out by separating them into the respective wide sections 7 and harvesting them together with the paper mat. The culture solution is uniformly dispersed over the whole paper mat and the roots are uniformly grown in a state where the roots are passing through the paper mat. |
