The invention herein described relates to a form of cancer therapy which exploits the cytotoxic properties of acetaminophen when converted to NABQI by the metabolic activity of tumour cell specific P450; vectors for use in the delivery of P450 to tumour cells; and therapeutic compositions comprising said vectors. |
