PURPOSE:To provide a method for preventing the oxidation of oils and fats for foods and oils and fats for industry, improving the permeation of water in materials such as boiled rice, cooked foods or stocks, shorten a cooking time, and reduce an used seasoning. CONSTITUTION:The far infrared light-radiating ceramic product is produced by grinding a black glassy quartz andesite ore into 1-50mum fine particles, mixing and kneading the fine particles with a clay, molding the mixture with a mold, preliminarily producing an unglazed pottery from the molded product, immersing the unglazed pottery in an aqueous solution containing fine particles to make the fine particles adhere to the surface of the unglazed pottery, drying the pottery, and subsequently baking the pottery in a pottery oven at 1200-1300 deg.C. |
