PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of easily building a steel house by a method such as a panel construction method. SOLUTION: A panel body 1 for building the house is used in the panel construction method, whereby the panel body 1 is disposed so as to build the house. Metallic side battens 3 are installed at the edge parts on both of the right and left sides of a flat plate 2 and annexed on the right and reverse sides, respectively, of the flat plate 2.
