PURPOSE: A submerged entry nozzle for continuous casting is provided, which is characterized in that Y2O3 partially stabilized zirconia is used as a main material of slag line part in submerged entry nozzle to improve corrosion resistance of submerged entry nozzle against hot molten steel. CONSTITUTION: The submerged entry nozzle for continuous casting is characterized in that a portion of CaO partially stabilized zirconia that is used as a main material of slag line part in submerged entry nozzle is replaced with Y2O3 partially stabilized zirconia by 65 to 100 %.
