PURPOSE:To obtain a video conference terminal equipment and the video conference system in which all conference participants are displayed. CONSTITUTION:When a talker is detected by a concerned terminal equipment and a detection means 603, the transmission image from a transmission image processing means 602 is sent via a transmission reception changeover means 604 and when the talker is detected by other terminal equipment, the received image is relayed as it is and sent to a reception image processing means 601. An image signal 117 subjected to reception image processing is written in an image write area of an image memory 111 corresponding to each terminal equipment by a write control means 606. Thus, data from the image memory 111 are read and the moving picture of the talker and the still picture of other participants are displayed to each split area of one image. |
