PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of image communication capable of executing a high reliable protocol of facsimile when transmitting color information to treat with a personal computer and also with a digital camera. SOLUTION: In the apparatus of image communication possible to communicate the color information, a color information transmitting means to transmit the color information in a binary file transfer mode, a facsimile communication execution means to execute facsimile communication on the basis of ITU-T Recommendation T.81 and a transmission control means to transmit the color information in the transfer mode when selected transmission of final information in the color are equipped.
