PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing stand with which a work on fishing can easily be carried out. SOLUTION: This fishing stand comprises an expandable tripod rod stand, a base, and an expandable tripod on which a projection to be fit into the dent of the base is disposed. The base is fixed to the tripod with belts. The base is manufactured by combining two supports in a cruciform, forming projections for preventing the displacement of a container such as a bucket in the four tip portions of the supports, disposing cylinders on whose insides several linear elastic members for nipping and holding a fishing rod are disposed, in portions further front from the displacement-preventing projections of one of the supports, forming belt hooks on the back side of the support, and forming the dent portion at the center of the back sides of the crossed supports.
