PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper pipe where perfume is added to a paper pipe defining a sheet core in a degree where moderate flavor can be continued, and rolled paper formed by winding paper on this. SOLUTION: This aromatized paper pipe has a hollow cylindrical shape formed by spirally winding and sticking band-like paper pipe base paper, the surface of the inner peripheral surface side of the paper pipe has an aromatizing section, and the aromatizing section comprises a recessed part having a depth that reaches the inside of the paper layer of the paper pipe but does not the surface of the outer peripheral surface side and perfume adhered on the surface of the recess along the recess. The perfume adhered on the aromatizing section is certainly held in the paper layer while penetrating to the inner layer section of the paper pipe base paper, so that the continuity of moderate flavor of the perfume increases.
