PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting property for various kinds of clocks by providing a decorative panel with which various kinds of clocks can be easily mounted on an outer surface of a case of a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The decorative panel 100 is freely removably mounted on the outer surface of the case of a mobile terminal 11, constructed from a planar elastic member and formed with a lock groove that is freely removably engaged with a lock part 25 of a clock display part 19 so as to hold the clock display part 19. It is preferable that an opening for fitting the clock display part 19 therein is formed on the planar member 29 and that the lock groove is provided at an edge of the opening while opposed to a decorative panel mounting face of the mobile terminal 11.
