PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that channel selection is difficult since arrangement of information for channel selection representing a broadcasting station on a channel selection picture is displayed in a different manner from a sequence of the broadcasting station before movement when a movable broadcasting receiver is moved to another broadcasting local region. SOLUTION: A monitor 111 displays the channel selection picture where the the information for channel selection representing the broadcasting station is arranged for selecting a program. A controller has operation buttons arranged at positions corresponding to the arrangement of the information for channel selection, and instruction for selecting the program is carried out by operating the operation buttons. A tuner part 102 selects a program according to the instruction from the controller. The memory 108 stores the information about the sequence of the broadcasting station in first and second reception areas. A control means 110 uses the information about the sequence of the broadcasting station to the display means so as to arrange and display the same sequence stations at the same position when moving from the first reception area to the second reception area different from the first reception area.
