PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform cleaning of an object without damaging or contaminating the object, while improving letting-out of a sheet from a roll by effectively preventing blocking of the sheet on the occasion of winding it singly in the shape of the roll, and to further improve the handling easiness and operability of the sheet in the shape of the roll. SOLUTION: This cleaning sheet is formed by roughening a surface at least on one side of a single-layer sheet obtained from a resin composition containing wax in a specified amount. (1) The amount of solvent absorption of the sheet after it is immersed in diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate for 1 second is 5 g/m<SP>2</SP>or more, and (2) the storage elastic modulus measured at 23°C, and 11 Hz is in the range of 5.00×106-3.00×108 Pa, while (3) the center line average roughness Ra of the roughened surface is in the range of 0.1-1.0μm.
