PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice breaker which makes ice breaking work easy, as it requires no power to lift up an operation rod provided in an outer sleeve tube during the season of breaking thick snow ices. SOLUTION: This problem can be solved, because a spring is mounted within the outer sleeve tube and when the operation rod comes into contact with the bottom of the outer sleeve tube, the compressed spring releases in reaction to it and pushes up the operation rod.
