PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open and close a lid of an opening part of an underfloor inspection opening, an underfloor storage container, etc. provided for a floor surface of a building while articles are placed on the upper surface of the lid. SOLUTION: The floor surface 1 of the building is provided with both the opening part 2 and the lid 3 covering the opening part 2. With the floor surface 1 and the upper surface 3a of the lid 3 in a state facing upward, the lid 3 is opened and closed by a moving means 4, which is movable between the opening part 2 and the floor surface 1 of the circumferential edge of the opening part 2.
