PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device capable of coping to manholes having, even if the size varies in the cutter device in order to cut and eliminate the peripheral ground of the manhole, when the manhole is to be repaired. SOLUTION: A slide section 11 is provided in the direction of the radius of a rotary frame 2, rotating with a rotary shaft 3 as the center, and at the same time, a cutter holder 10 moving along the slide section 11 is provided. A cutter 1 is mounted detachably to the cutter holder 10, the cutter 1 provides a cutter body 4, bent at a predetermined curvature and a cutter edge 5 provided to the lower end of the cutter body 4, and a cutter mounting section 6, fixed to the cutter holder 10, is provided to the upper end of the cutter body 4.
