PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windowpane with an alarm, which can be easily installed in an existing windowpane sash, and which can effectively detect even a slight crack in glass. SOLUTION: The openable/closable windowpanes 2 and 3 with the burglarproof alarm are characterized as follows: conductive lines 6 and 7 are formed by applying a paint (paste), containing conductive metallic powder, onto a glass surface almost in parallel along the longitudinal direction of a sash frame 1 for the windowpanes 2 and 3 around the vicinity of key parts 4 and 5 on the indoor side; conductive terminals 6a and 7a are provided at both the ends of the conductive lines 6 and 7; the conductive terminals 6a and 7a and the alarm are electrically connected together; and the alarm is installed to operate by a break of the conductive lines.
