PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tulle lace knitted fabric given by using polyester multifilament yarn which is dyeable by a cationic dye as ground yarn, having an excellent soft feeling, and capable of giving polychromatic expression. SOLUTION: In this tulle lace knitted fabric, the ground yarn for composing tulle of the tulle lace knitted fabric is made of the polyester multifilament yarn which is dyeable by the cationic dye and satisfies formulae (a) to (c) as follows: (a) 3.5cN/dtex≤DS≤6cN/dtex (DS is a tensile strength at break); (b) 25%≤DE≤70% (DE is a tensile elongation at break); and (c) 23≤DS×√DE≤30.
