PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load receiving platform lifting device equipped with a slide rail capable of preventing the slide rail from deforming due to stress concentration. SOLUTION: The load receiving platform lifting device is equipped with the slide rail 101 having a cavity-shaped guide part 101a extending in one direction, a front and a rear slide member movable within the guide part. and a lift device supported by the slide member, wherein slide member 207 with the undersurface put in slide contact with the guide part 101a is composed of a body 208 made of metal securing the requisite rigidity and a sliding member 209 made of resin attached to the undersurface of the body 208 and put in slide contact with the guide member 101a in the plane contact condition.
