PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent water from leaking from a fitting surface between cases, and suppress creeping of the moisture to the distal end of waterproof packing. SOLUTION: A centering-location part 10 composed of a projection part 7 formed on the upper end part of a upper case 4 and a recessed part 9 formed on the side end part of a lower case 3 is formed, the waterproof packing 11 is fitted to the centering-location part 10 in compression state. A taking-out part 21 equipped with a first wall 22 which directs the distal end side of the waterproof packing 11 taken out from the centering-location part 10 to the gravity direction, and a second wall 23 which guides it to the inside of the case 2 are formed on the fitting end surface of the case 2. The water leakage to the outside is prevented by the waterproof packing 11 fitted to the centering-location part 10 in compression state, and the water infiltrated in the centering-location part is turned to the inner side of the case 2 along the distal end part of the waterproof packing 11.
